Bars, cross bar Vs Open

hey i was looking at getting new bars, just wondering what differecen will i notice if i switch from a my renthal cross bars to say a fly open bars??

I switched from renthals to pro tapers probably 15 yrs ago. Never tried the Fly bars but pro tapers have a different feel to them. Assuming the bend is the same, they seem to absorb some shock better than the ones with a crossbar.
