I'm goin to take the 35mm carb off my ol' 93 KDX200 and put it on my 99 Kdx 220 ,then put the 33mm that's off the 220 onto the old 93 200. Both bikes have FMF pipes (KG-35 Tourque pipe on the 220),Boyesen reeds and air box mods. I would like some jetting suggestions if anyone has any, and do you think the 33mm will be ok on the 200.A couple beginners putt around on it . Oh yeah tempature will be in mid 60's ,Alt. 500-1300ft.

thanks

Thanx for the reply C Dave. Most of these mods were done after reading your tech page over and over . Can I use the R1173L needle instead of the 1174K that you state in your jetting article?

That shouldn't be a problem. They are very close to each other.

Make sure you swap the throttle valves/slides too. They have a different profile and aren't interchangable.
