CR500 frames-1991 and 1998 compatible?

My 91 CR500 frame sheared (catastrophic failure) at the lower midpoint on both sides. The metal is fatigued, as such I do not want to try and repair the old frame.

I have a line on a 98 frame, however, I can't access it to take measurements. My local dealer believes the 91 motor, forks, shock, swingarm etc will simply bolt in - but he isn't sure. Anyone know for certain, before I purchase the 98 frame?

Sell the motor to me or find a 97 up CR250.......seriously I don't know. I would think it would.
