Hey guys.
I own a Cr80 and the other day i was riding it, then i stopped and it stalled. Then when i went to start it, it back fired. After this i tryed to to start it several times with no avail. When i got home i took off the plastic magneto cover, and found abit of oily petrol build up in there. I tested my spark plug its got a spark but i dont think its that strong and i cleaned my carby. Could the cranshaft main seal be gone??
Any help much appreciated... :D

These bikes foul plugs all the time. It happens.

Clean out all of that oily residue, and see if more leaks out again. The left seal on this bike is extremely easy to do, I witinessed a mechanic at a race do my friend's cr80 in under 5 minutes.

that is the same thing that happened to me on my cr80 when it was new. I was out riding and it just stalled. It was the spark plug. I learned to ride it harder and rev higher to prevent spark plug fouling.
