My Pro Circuit Platinum Exhaust pipe is starting to crack along the weld on my YZ 125... Does Pro Circuit have a warranty on these pipes? Will they service it for free?
There is no waranty that I know of. Contact the company (by phone works best), don't let yourself sound angry and ask. Sometimes, you can get freebies. You can have a welder repair it. I'd be supprised if one actually charged you. The plating in the area of the weld will be ruined. If you do get charged, it will still probably be less than the shipping to have it repaired by PC.
After six onths my FMF SST pipe cracked at the lower mount. The mount completely separated from the pipe, leveing a 1/4 by 1-1/2 inch hole in the pipe. Called FMF, their parts have a 12 month warranty against manufacturers defects.
I mailed the pipe last week, so no answer yet.
Give PC a call, if your pipe isn't that old they may support it. If your not worried about looks just have it welded as said before.
