Engine Bogs on my KX 125?

What's up Dirt Riders, my first post on here! I just traded my not-running 1986 KTM 500cc MXC for a 1986 KX 125 (I know I downgraded, but my 500 was missing parts and ran crappy). Anyway, my KX 125 isn't getting full power, I'm thinking it's the power valve, what do you guys think? And it leaks a lot of motor oil, probably cracked a gasket? Any help would be appreciated!

When does it bog? When you first crack the throttle or at higher RPMs?
