I am trying to remove an FMF fatty pipe from my 01 CR250, I have removed the springs and flange bolts and I cannot pull the head of it from the cylinder. I can get it to wiggle up and down but have reefed on it to no avail. How is this done?

It must be still hooked on to the bike somewhere!
After you get the springs and the two or three mounting points unbolted, it should come right off!

look in there the water pump for a mounting point, were the pipe first wraps around the the largest part, and then infer the shock canister, right before the headpipe ans the silencer connect. It will pull right off aster thos 2 bolts are removed.

After you have removed all the bolts, and the brackets too, the pipe should come off. Remove the muffler if you haven't already.

If it has had a couple of "incidents" that might have bent it a little you may have to "assist" it off with a good kick to the pipe from the ignition side forwards.
