Ok, if someone has a 2004 yz450f manual then please tell me those numbers, please! If not, I will try this 4-5" system.

I have a 06 manual, I says 6.59 us oz
It says the oil level should be 145-148mm (5.71-5.83 in) from top of fully streched damper assembly.

The 05+ is twin chambers. Totally different. I have done about a dozen of the 04 YZ forks in the last year and they have all worked great. Start low on the level and then add about 10cc per leg if you are still bottoming.

If I remember correctly, the older KYBs have a measurement in the manual, no oil amount.
