Hey I Bought my first Motorcycle about a month ago. I still have lots to learn. I got a 2003 YZ 125. With the exception of the muffler is there anywere else that I should be careful about water getting into particially while spraying down the bike after riding?

Yes, Cover the air filter with a plastic bag, do not forget to remove it after washing your bike . Alot of people will wash their bike with the air filter dirty , and water gets on top of the filter , then they start the bike and it will pull dirty water throught the air filter and damage to the engine could result . It is also a good idea to stay away from any of the swingarm bearings, linkage bearings and wheel bearings with a high pressure washer.
