You might want to consider changing the sprokets depending on if your doing tight trails(gear down) or open areas(gear up).

i got hand guards already and i run 6 miles everyday hehe.
where do i get the heavier flywheel? and how heavy should it be?
yeah sprockets are no problem.
u guys know where i can get a bigger tank? how big is this bigger tank? like a 3 gal?
so a heavier duty skid guard? where do i get that?
where do i get radiator braces?

I have an 11oz Steahlyoffroad.com that really help my '06 KX 250 in the tight and slick stuff. Simple to install - buy their lock-up tool while you are at it.

IMS products can fix you up with oversize tank. Worksconnection will have the skid plate and radiator braces.

Hey WVFR, what if I got the 13 oz? Is that too heavy? What are the advantages and disadvantages of doing a 13 oz vs an 11 oz?

the heavier you go the more snap you lose. but you will also not stall as often and can get more traction.

Less snap means a calmer hit in the poweband. More torque feel to it low end.

i would go with www.flatlandracing.com for the skid plate, the works connection ones are 200 bucks and a little excessive with weight and what not
