My son rides a TTR-125L, and although he has been riding it for less than a year, it did melt the threads of the oil filler plug. I am sure this is because it is jetted too lean. What are the suggested jet sizes and air/oil screw settup that worked well?? Any advice is much appreciated. We ride in Northern CA. Thanks.

Try a 110 main, maybe a 112 if you have an aftermarket pipe. A 110 seems to be one that works for a lot of people. As for the air screw etc., we (here at work) haven't had to mess with that too much.
