I think jt sprockets makes the kit, I did it to my boys 2003 65, The rear sprocket is steel and is heavy. I drilled a pattern in it and removed a little over 1lb from it. I also installed an o-ring chain. It's been good no strech. I also dont see any problem in the power department, it's fine.

I'm wondering why? you can get a good quality 420 to work fine. With some bad mod bikes the chaing has not been the weak link unless its too tight.

I tend to agree with Jasle.
Proper care and maint. will make far more of a difference than a change of chain size.
Not too much differnce between the two.

I agree, too. Save the weight and buy the Renthal 420 Works Chain.
