I had my first race last weekend...and i went to practice a few days ago..and i am wondering..when i land from like a downhill double...the landing is REALLY rough..and my friend says that it looks like that my chin is going to the hit bars when i land...i guess im not soaking up the landing or something.....what is the correct way to learn to land...like what position in your body? knees bent or what.....
