Anybody ever tried adapting a manual clutch to one of those little single speed autos?
I'm thinking about trying to maybe use a 65 clutch. I know it wouldn't be AMA legal, but it sure would be good for learning clutch control and might make the dude really zip. On the other hand, it would probably be like riding a bike that's stuck in third gear, but I doubt it would be much worse than trying to make the stock clutch work right.
I know it's an uh.... ambitious project. I was just wondering if I was the first guy to consider the possibility. :coocoo:
