Need help 01 Kx250,...

Bike runs like a champ, won't kickstart, kickstarter is easier then a 125, I hear what sounds like open compression in the front of the motor, it will jump start though, you know, push and hop on. Anybody familier with this condition?

Nevermind!! Rings are gone, cylinder is toast!! Parts are on the way!!

I'd think that limiting the service live of a piston to 40 hours could be a good idea :)
