I just purchased an '01 Ranger (not stepside) and it came stock with a bedliner. (at least the bedliner looks stock) What do I have to buy or do in order to be able to strap my bike down with tie downs?

I assume that it is an under the rail type. Go to Walmart ect.. and but some stake pocket tie down inserts. There are two types (that I've seen) one uses a block of rubber that is expanded to hold it in the pocket (junk) The other has a plate that goes in the pocket and then the rest bolts to it, I'd get this kind. Now for my ignorance to show... they do put stake pockets in Rangers these days, don't they?

I believe I do...However, if they exist they are covered up/not accessable because the bedliner is on top of them.

Strange. I've never heard of a bed liner that covered those. Mine has openings that the tie down points come through. (Actually, you unbolt them, put the liner in, then bolt them back in and they help hold the liner in.)
