Please help ! my ktm is overheating

Hi I have ktm 350 2011 and last weekend I was on the truck and the bike started overheating and throw the water out throw the overflow pipe of the radiator . my radiators a bit bend and I have also changed my head gasket and the radiator cup but still does the same thing it overheads and throws the cooler out after you leave the bike running for about 5 min can some one help me please? thanks ride: :ride: :ride: :cool: :bang:

Is the bike overheating while it is sitting still or when riding it? Did you mean on the truck or on the track?? If it overheats while sitting still, that is normal. If it overheats while riding it, you may want to straighten out the fins on your radiators. The radiators on these bikes are minimal and any bent fins will affect your cooling. Make sure you have a good brand of coolant mixed 50/50 with distilled water.

If you live in a warm climate where freezing isn't an issue you can run straight distilled water with Water Wetter for better cooling ability.
