I love yamaha, personally i think honda is too show offy.. and not as much about motocross as looking good and being "pretty". yamaha is a bike for sport and gettin dirty and getting you down the track.. im not saying honda is a bad bike.. just usually they are used to show off... just my personal preference.. peace
Yamaha, had it since back in the day and still love it. always started (big importance in a stall or crash) always ran hard, love the stability, and its my best girlfriend! even have the yamaha tuning forks as a tatoo on my arm. no doubt yamaha, dedacated here...YZ is 4 me!
for the dirt bike of things i like the rm that i am riding now but for a quad i like the banshee and for the street thing i like the gsxr 1300 for those that know ... know what i mean when that turbo kicks in and the thrill starts
I've always felt most comfortable on KX's. I've tried other brands here and there and always return to Kawasaki. For instance, the last non-Kawi bike I tried was a 2001 RM250 and it definitely didn't feel in the league of the KX. It felt cheaper and toy-like, wasn't nowhere near as stable, and didn't have the raw pull your arms out of the socket power of my KX250's. There's a little whoop section on the abandon train tracks by me where I could always go pinned out on the KX's and they just tracked perfectly straight but the RM would swap back and forth in the rear and didn't feel anywhere near as stable.
2000 Husqvarna CR250 here. I love the bike. Very rare, and I never see anyone else with one. But a huge pain in the butt to get help or find parts for it.
