You should start at the stock setting which could be about a 1/4 turn after the spring catches. If you adjust it so that it is tighter into the spring, it'll take longer for it to kick in, keeping the hit later. On a 125, I wouldn't suggest having it hit later, I'd go with a softer setting so it hits early and you get the power available. Try and play with it to see the difference and set it where you like it. ;)
