Rear shock and fork springs recommendations for my 05 YZ 250

I didn't lose as much weight as planned over the winter. So basically my stock 05 YZ 250 cries when I ride her. The rear tire is almost rubbing on the fender when standing still. :)

I want to replace the rear spring and the springs in the forks. Any advise on what springs to buy would be greatly appreciated.

I am 6'1" - 6'2" ~250lbs.
