First time I have ever tried replacing the bearing race in the rear shock linkage. Bike is a CR250, I got the perfect size socket and hammered away. Bearing race did not budge at all. How do these suckers come out.. is this something you can do in a home garage or do they need to be pressed out at a machine shop?
