rmx 250 rear wheel compatability ?

I am looking to bid on a wheel off of a rm 125 and I'm wondering if it will fit my rmx . My rmx is a 91 and the 125 wheel is same year about +- . The wheel is stamped 18x1.85 my rmx weel is 18x2.15 I'm going to be using this wheel for a trials tire and not thinking the narrowness will make a dif but well the axle , hub , sprocket/rotor hub , be any different . Should I not run a 4.00 on a more narrow wheel any feed back is appreciated thanks Joe

Compare part numbers of the parts, hubs, spacers, axle that should give you an idea.

I couldn't find a parts listing for a US RMX past 1998. I was also confused by six different rear wheels/models for the 91 rm125.

You can go to Partzilla and look up a parts number once it is in the cart you click onto the part number and they show you a list of bikes where this particular item is also used.
