Your shock bearings and linkage bearings require regular maintenance if you want them to last a long time and perform properly. Ideally these parts should be disassembled, inspected, and re-greased every 6 months or so for regular riders. Over time these bearings will eventually wear out and need to be replaced so that's what we're going to show you how to do in this video.
