Should I get internal or external tire pressure sensors?

What's up guys, can anyone suggest which is the better option - internal or external TPMS? I can't decide which type to chose because the advantages of either option are not very obvious to me. I have the internal type on my Ford Ranger truck, but not sure if this type is as good for the bike tires.

Buy a quality tire gauge and use it regularly. Problem solved.

Yeah, I have that, but doesn't it air down a bit when you engage it for a test? I was looking at something more advanced like this Torxe™ TPMS-02 - 2-Tire TPMS Kit which alerts if the pressure suddenly goes too low. I assume it's less reliable than the old school tire pressure gauge, but looks to be more convenient.

If checking the air in your tires before a ride with a manual gauge proves too inconvenient then dirt biking might not be the hobby for you.

Your sarcasm in the comment + a few similar jokes from my buddies that I ride with proved that I am not getting any electronic shit and keep my old man's manual gauge
