Is it AMA legal to change the bars and bar clamps on PW's? Also can you raise the seat foam? It would be nice to give my son some more room on this tiny bike.

You can change the bars and clamps on most any bike. But you cannot chant the brake levers and perch. Since the PW has the perch built in to the handle bars you must keep them. Go ahead and makebar risers though. Perfectly legal and a must for bigger kids.
Cannot touch the foam either.
Are you planning on racing Loretta Lynns? If not their are better class 3 bikes availible from both KTM and Cobra. The Cobra class 3 bike will be competative in both class 3 and class 1.
