So I am switching from synthetic 80wt to 80wt transmission oil with my yz125. I have heard both that switching back from synthetic to non synthetic is bad for the bike and I have also hear that it is not bad for the bike. Can someone please explain to me whether it is bad or isnt bad and why. Thanks.

They are compatible with one another. The full synthetic probably has organic oil in the mix already. The organic may also have some synthetic base in it as well.
As long as you don't use a "hypoid" type fluid, you should be fine.
