where is high speed needle for yz 80?

I was looking as some threads and couldnt figure out where is the high speed needle (or needle that controls the top end power).I have a 1985 yz 80 that sputters at full throttle and would like to adjust this if possible.Thanks :bang:

There is a jet or needle that helps control the wide open throttle portion on the carb you IDIOT!

The needle controls 1/4-3/4 throttle. If you remove the slide from your carb you will see the needle hanging out of the slide. Its also called the jet needle, metering rod or just plain old needle.
