Kid has a 2000 ktm 125sx. Had a spark issue and ended up changing the stator. Bought an aftermarket one that had no timing marks on it. Eyeballed where it should be and bike fired up. Kid took bike for a ride and it wouldn't start after he shut it off. Trailered bike back home and started no problem when you push it. Checked the compression and it is at 170psi. Lots of spark but when you kick it it just soaks the plug with gas. Push start and it goes right away. Is it possible that the timing is way off and not firing at the right time? Can anyone help me on this? Thanks
