News broke officially on Tuesday of the new SuperMotocross World Championship, which will be a three-race addition to the end of the traditional Monster Energy Supercross and Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championships in 2023. The idea is to sell this package for more TV money than previous, which allows for bigger purses. Of course, there has already been a lot of news in the sport lately with the FIM sanctioning the separate World Supercross Championship on its own.
