00' KTM 65 owners manual?

Do these bikes come with a manual like the japanese models? Looking for basic info like chain tension, oil amount and brand recommendations, torque specs. Dealer in Canada says no manual on small bikes- I can't believe that! Anyone with help or info, would like to hear from you. The 65SX comes with the same type of manual that comes with the "big" bikes. All the info that your'e asking for is outlined in this manual. Your dealer doesn't sound very helpfull.:think
