01 CR125 and 05 CRF450 Wheel swap.

Hey everyone. I am new to my 01 CR125. It has a bent wheel in the rear. I can get a great deal on a set of complete wheels from an 05 CRF450. They seem to be the same size and take many of the same parts. Bearings, seals, center tube (makes me think that the spacing will be the same) But will they work front and rear? Will the rotors line up and the rear sproket? Any help would be appriciated. Thanks

the front will bolt right up,but im not sure about the rear.i think the brake rotor will need to be changed back to the 01.

I'm sure the rear will fit also but the rim width at the back is different than the 125.
