Is there a "how-to" on changing fork seals on these bikes? I just bought a bike and the fork seals are leaking like mad. I am redoing the top end this week and would like to go ahead and do the fork seals while I have it apart. How do I take them apart, what to look for and how much oil, etc. in putting them back together? I bought the MSR kit with wipers and seals. This site has been great on tips. I appreciate any help on this.
