I have a 01 TM 250MX that I spent this winter turning into a Enduro/Hare Scramble bike. I bought it as a second bike but liked it so much I decided to put some money into it and race it this year!!! Had the suspension revalved, put on a Scotts steering dampner, Tall KX 250 seat, CR double high bars, Skid plate, Pro Circuit S/A silencer, and the thinner base gasket. What gearing should I run? It is stock right now. What brand (Honda, Kawa, ETC..) of sprockets fit? Is there enough clearance for an O-ring chain? Also anyone have an Enduro tank they want to sell?
How much gear oil does it hold and what brand and type should I use?
