04 CRF 450 wont run

i have a 2004 honda crf 450 that sat in my garage for about 7 months without beeing started. Now it will only start with the choke on and NO throttle, even after it has run for 5 minutes and its hot you can not take the choke off or give it any gas cause it will die.

Clean the pilot jet, it's plugged from old fuel breaking down. You'll also need to dump the old fuel and put some fresh stuff in the tank.
