I'm changing fork fluid/seals and this is my first bladder fork. Can anyone offer the basic procedure for fluid filling, air bleeding, fluid height, etc.? Thanks.

Try setting your level without the spring and fully compressed at 120mm from the top. If you need seals I could help you there as well.

Tightwoods on the bladder forks its hard to dispel thre air from under the spring base plate that rests on top of the cartridge .It takes a bit of time and some milking to get it(cart) filled you may want to try to dislodge the washer with a coat hanger or leave it out until after youve bled the cartridge . Sometimes its good to walk away for a few minutes letting things settle .Good Luck

Dean...the '04's don't have the washer sitting underneath the spring so they will bleed easier than the previous design. Personally I disable the bladders.
