They are very easy to make. Take an old spark plug and break the porcelain
part off of it leaving the metal housing with the threads. Then weld a 3/4" diameter piece of bar stock to it.
Be sure to use eye protection when breaking off the porcelain.
Jman, I use the Goodson tool, its great deal for under $25. Off-set plug heads have to be fastened to a faceplate because there is no commercial tool available for those types of heads.
