1978 rm 125 wont start

I have a 1978 rm 125 i recently put a new top end in it. Now i am unable to get it to start. Here is my list of symptom. Will start if put fuel into cylinder but only until burns that fuel off. Will bump start but dies once put under a load or come to a stop. If just kicking ypu will kick your brains out. The plug is wet when kicking only but when kicking i also get fuel out of the carb over flow. Good spark new fuel new topend clean carb over and over ran took apart set for 5 to 6 months put back together wont start. Please help.
