Pull the spark plug out, turn your bike upside down & drain all the water out of the motor, get it right side up again & pour some atf or diesel fuel in the plug hole, rinse, drain, repeat, until all the rust & smut is gone, with the bike on a stand, put the trans in high gear & rotate the rear wheel, back & forth. It may free up & spin, but I doubt that it will start or run for long if it does. Tear it apart & re-build it, or buy an other motor on ebay or a bike salvage Co.

Gas is a dangerous solvent, it will work but it's flash point temp is dangerously low. One static spark, that is not even visible to the naked eye, can cause a flash fire. I prefer to use diesel or kerosine as a solvent, it's cheap, has a high flashpoint @ room temp & easy to responsibly dispose of with waste used engine oil for recycling.

If it's rusted up bad enough to lock up the crank, it may free up but the damage has been done. If you choose to run it, it's only a mater of time before it self destructs.

All 125's are rev monsters. They're light & run good if everything is mechanically sound. If not, you're spending $ & wrenching on it, or learning how to, or you're walking.
