1986 rm250

I just purchased on old rm as a project bike, and I am wondering, can I get different colour plastic for it? And How hard is it to find new parts for a bike of this age, and are these bikes any good? This bike does not run, and has a few "problems", but hopefully I will learn more about fixing bikes.

Most parts will still be available through a Suzuki dealer. Finding plastic of a different color will likely prove a challenge. I had an 86 RM125 and they were great bikes, good power and the Full Floater suspension was very good.
