I have had this bike since 1989 when my brother changed the oil one day and forgot to fill it back up. The head and cylinder are trashed (dropped both valves). They only made the bike for 2 years i think and a head is almost unheard of.
Would a large 2-stroke engine fit in the frame? 250-500cc

HondaBrat, you create almost any type of conversion with time and money. The problem is that when you are done spending all of that time and money, you will have a Frankenbike worth nothing. I have seen such bikes on Craigslist before...week after week because they dont sell. If you complete the project, plan on keeping the bike, but I cant image what would inspire someone to convert a 25 year old DR200.
