1987 DT 125 LC III YPVS Wiring Issue...

I have a 1987 DT 125 LC III that I am just about finished rebuilding. I am new to this so I don't have any background knowledge on the parts. I have a UK manual for the bike complete with wiring diagram...well so I thought. Turns out this bike when sold in the UK pegged the YPVS into one position to comply with some learner law they have. Because of this the manual does not show how the YPVS electrical components should be connected to the rest of the wiring.

The YPVS I have has 5 wires in a 6 wire connecter. From hours of online searching it appears that I am missing the Control Unit for it. Problem is...I don't know what the Part number this is or as you might have noticed the proper name. Then once I figure that out I don't know exactly how it connects to the rest of the wiring for this bike.

The wire's in that connector are the following colours:

Yellow/Blue
White/Red
White/Black
Black/Yellow
Black/Red

Any help would be appreciated!

why cant you just remove the whole system if the bike wasn't built with it originonally?
