Hi Shawn, I believe on that bike you turn the choke to achive an idle. I'd turn it until it idles, if it won't idle, I'd check the jetting and make sure your pilot or air screw are up to par. I believe if you turn it clockwise it should idle, I could be wrong. But, keep turnign it until it idles one way or the other.
