Any surefire ways of dealing with the '90 CR suspension? The bike is extremely fast, corners great, very predictable, and overall very well mannered,so I would like to keep the bike. I ride this thing 90% in the woods and I weigh about 190lbs. The problem is the suspension beats the living #$@& out of me. Any suggestions? (Besides getting a new bike)

The 90 cr250 was a suspension paradox. It was always harsh untill you really needed it then it blew threw the stroke and bottomed hard.
IMO it could be set up good for woods riding. Try a light wt oil and runn the height at 4.75 inches.
Good luck and let us know how it works
