1991 forks on a 1989

Does anyone know if forks off a 1991 will fit right up with a 1989 model?

Yes, there were very few changes between those years.

Yup the forks are the same inside and out. The 89 forks may have stiffer springs. Call you dealer and have them double check the stock spring rates.
