Depend oh your local shop hourly rate which usely about $60 per-hour
A good rule change out the spokes which you our self can do
Remove Tire, Tube, Bead Lock and Tire Flap
Install new Bearing and be sure to get same new Seals install after the wheel has ture up.
All need is 8" or 12" Bolt cutter
per-oil all the nipple by drop them in bowl of oil
Install each spoke and nipple one at time and hand tightening
Take to your local shop and let them ture it.
