I just picked up a kx250 1992. It has a steel liner (not sure what size bore), a rad valve, and fmf gold pipe. What was stock jetting for this bike in 92? I'm trying to get an idea where I am jetting wise. If you've had this bike, any set-up tips on it would be appreciated. Thanks!

KX 250 Rad Valve Part # RAD-12E 152 N3WE 3 52 1.5

From the Boyesen website: Jetting specs with a radvalve for your '92 KX250.

On my '93 CR250 with a radvalve the recommended specs from Boyesen were very different from stock, and worked well. Unless you are removing the radvalve you should use the Boyesen specs as a starting point.

Oops, sorry. When I bought mine it came with an instruction sheet that contained the recommended jetting for the radvalve. You may want to call Boyesen and see if they can give the correct numbers. 1.800.441.1177
