1994 kawasaki kx125

i might buy a 94 kx125. but the guy said it has a slight oil leak just to the right of the pipe. can anyone tell me why its leaking and how much it will approximately cost?

powervalve gasket? if so it will only be a couple bucks. could be wrong though

the guy said that it was leaking out of the shaft lever? he said thats what it says in the manual.
