I got a 1996 KLX650c last week and now it won't start. When I first got the bike I gave it an oil change and put in a new air filter. I rode it a couple of times and it started and ran great. Now a week later it won't start. It sounds like it's trying to turn over but it doesn't. I used fully synthetic oil when I did the oil change. I'm not sure what type of oil was used before but if it wasn't fully synthetic could that be causing it to not start? I tried putting in a new spark plug but that didn't do anything. As I was replacing the spark plug I noticed that one of the tubes was broken. I looked in the service manual but I couldn't find anything on the tube, it doesn't show it in any of the diagrams. If your looking at the carb from the left side of the bike there are two tubes on the carb right next to each other and the right one is broken. Any idea on where this tube might go to?

Things I have tried and made sure of:
There is plenty of gas in the tank.
The gas is turned on
The battery is fully charged
I tried starting the bike without the air filter in
