Hello,
I have a ktm I bought used, 1996 250sx, bike is super fast, runs great, after about 1/2 to 1 hour of riding the inner o ring fails in the cylinder, causing coolent to leak into the cylinder.
We fixed once at home (new o rings) and also had the local KTM shop repair once (still same thing happens) hour of riding and the 0 ring burns out on the Carb side.
A new head is $115.00 dollars, I may try that and have the cylinder machined and see if that will fix with a new head.
Anyone had this problem ? am I on the right track to repair.
