Pros: powerful, top end power, quite a bit of flywheel effect, durable beyond belief, nuetral and stable handling (some say slow, but I dissagree), well built, powerful brakes, and beautiful. Cons: some vibration, pipey (still easy to ride due to flywheel effect), oil filler hole size of soda straw, resale price not great, you have to make an effort to get parts (note: parts are NOT hard to get).
